NCNU Campus Inn

Origin‘s Gastronomy House is a new catering brand of NCNU Campus Inn, this platform provides students the practical lessons as well. Students are able to participate product development, meal making, service and operation administration by internship. Through the uses of local agricultural products make the dishes more meaningful and flavorful. We assist small-holder farmers to extend their products, some of the products are sold in restaurant's vender.

Local Characteristics

Choose the edible roses grown in Puli's small farmer Meikai 4th Edible Rose Garden, and mix the dried rose petals 1 and rose petals with the hand-made multigrain bread made by Youmi Bakery in Puli. The self-supporting yeast and less oil are used in this bakery. One of the major features.
